I haven't had a reply to my email

We will always respond to any emails and queries within two days. If it's been longer than this, please do get in touch with a member of our friendly customer service team on Livechat or WhatsApp, and we'll be able to look into this for you 🙂

We do kindly ask that you send just the one email whilst you wait to hear back from us: as we reply to emails in date-order, sending through multiple messages means your query may get pushed back to a later date in the queue, which we definitely don’t want to happen!
